30 Years Happy Thinking People
Research and Results talks to co-founder Thomas Schindlbeck on the agency’s 30th anniversary.
New hires are a welcome source of additional expertise, energy and inspiration. We're lucky to have three fantastic new colleagues join us in our German offices.
Big welcome to three new hires at Happy Thinking People!
Kathrin Wilfong and Veronica Freni are joining our Munich team, Marta Kuszyk-Goraya the Berlin office. Marta and Veronica are joining as Project Managers, Kathrin as Project Director.
You can read about their individual bios here:
For the company these are exciting additions to the team. Not just for the amazing energy they bring. All three strengthen and expand Happy Thinking People’s skill-sets and core competences:
They boost H/T/P’s analytics strength. As well as being well versed in qual methods, Kathrin and Veronica are seasoned quantitative researchers. A cool combo. It’s something that isn’t widely known: whilst having qualitative roots, H/T/P has evolved into a consultancy with a strong analytics team, and handles lots of quant projects, from concept evaluation through pricing to conjoint.
Veronica is skilled in applied semiotic approaches.
Marta and Kathrin bring expertise in the areas of behavioural change and behavioural economics, a growing area in qualitative research approaches.
Kathrin has an in-depth understanding of pharma research. She’s also skilled in innovation projects.
They are all also wonderfully international, bringing with them significant experience from MR agencies across Europe. Kathrin is half-German, half-American; Veronica is a native Italian, speaks fluent English having worked for 3. 5 years in the London MR scene, and Marta’s native Polish language is matched by her inter-cultural lens.
A fabulous combination of cultural diversity and operatoinal excellence. So once again:
Big welcome to three wonderful new hires at Happy Thinking People.
We look forward to your energy and inspiration!
