H/T/P wins Esomar best presentation award
Esomar Best Presentation Award – wow, we’re thrilled!
H/T/P is presenting a case study at the upcoming ESOMAR digital conference on 9th March 2022. It shares research learnings that helped the German Government "get diversity" and build a bridge to the LGBTQIA* community.
Exciting times – we’re presenting at the upcoming digital ESOMAR conference “Dynamic. Diverse. Digital”
It’s on the 9th March, in English, and we’re on in the afternoon.
Our paper is a case study based on work we carried out together with Cologne-based comms agency Das Hochhaus (dashochhaus.de/agentur) for the German Government.
The Federal Centre for Health Education wanted to increase societal acceptance of young people with a LGBTQIA* background, fostering openness on sexuality and gender diversity.
Insights were critical to understand how best to engage with this extremely diverse group, some of who were on an identity journey.
Without giving too much away, the project was a mixture of trepidation on the research side, of saying the wrong thing, and reward. One of the project team described it as the most rewarding project he had done in 20 years of market research.
It was also hugely actionable – helping creatives and the Government to move forward from well-meaning buzzwords, translating ambitions of “embracing diversity” into a communications programme with a language and tonality that resonated.
