WINNER OF THE 2020 GOR BEST PRACTICE AWARD!
Happy Thinking People is delighted to be the Winner of the 2020 General Online Research Conference* Best Practice Award.
We’re thrilled to announce that our submission has been shortlisted for the 2021 GOR (General Online Conference) Best Practice Award!
Together with client Bataillard, a Swiss wine distributor, Christian Rieder and Janine Katzberg will be presenting a fascinating case study. The focus: on how Design Thinking can work digitally to crack creative NPD tasks.
The winner will be decided and announced at the conference itself from 8 – 10th September 2021.
Last year Happy Thinking People were the winners of this prestigious award, so fingers crossed for 2021! You can see the whole agenda and sign up here: General Online Conference 2021
Just a few words on the research task as an appetiser:
Bataillard wished to improve its position in the growing non-alcoholic drink category. They were looking for a step-change in their innovation approach: embracing consumer centricity, digital working & Design Thinking principles.
Budgets were tight, and timing short.
Design Thinking is proven and used widely offline – but 100% digital applications are still embryonic.
In this project we demonstrated how a careful mix of online qual tools – real-time and asynchronous – allowed us to innovate successfully, covering both ideation and validation phases in a highly efficient manner.
Curious? Then join us in September! Or if you know you can’t make it, drop us a line – firstname.lastname@example.org – or call us!
