“Real qualitative research” – what’s that?
Some of you may be aware of the upcoming 2020 Festival of New MR focus topic: “Campaign for Real Qualitative Research” hosted by Ray Poynter. It’s part of a week-long series...
Qualitative research has accelerated its digital transformation over the past 12 months. Digital allows robust, real-time in-depth insights from the comfort of your own laptop. Learn about how it works in this Esomar Masterclass training with Sven Arn.
Join us with ESOMAR for a Masterclass on digital qualitative research in real-time!
2020 proved to us that online qualitative research works well: in real-time and for many more briefs than we had thought possible. Results are robust, geographically dispersed and sensitive.
But it is different from traditional face-to-face and requires a modified approach.
This training module aims to show you what it’s all about.
Sven Arn will be leading short, practically-focussed sessions of 2 hours each (16.00 – 18.00h CET). They will run over three days from March 16 – 18.
We talk about new requirements from commissioning through to final analysis. The following will be covered: the set-up needed, recruitment, group size and duration, discussion guide software, client involvement, module sequencing, moderation techniques and more.
The sessions will include case studies and break-out sessions – plus practical suggestions of do’s and don’ts to get the most out of participants online.
