Edward Appleton will be giving a 30 minute talk on the Transformation of Qualitative Research 2020 to fully digital offerings.
He will outline the advantages of doing qual digitally effected by the pandemic in early Q2 2020. He will also discuss the “Do’s and Don’ts” when executing online qual insights projects plus a comparison to legacy F2F methods.
The talk is illustrated with case studies showing how online works for a wide range of qual tasks including:
