We helped a major food manufacturer successfully position and launch a new vegan food range.
A personal care client wanted to enter an adjacent category in men’s hygiene – without cannibalising existing business.
Using our happisodes mobile ethnography app , we analysed in-bathroom videos of current routines and usage rituals, identifying not just the opportunity space – but mining actual user language for product descriptors and packaging cues. We even guided them on brand architecture and sub-brand selection!
