Tasty Vegan Launch
We helped a major food manufacturer successfully position and launch a new vegan food range.
A consumer healthcare company wished to expand its global OTC range with targeted line extensions – based on an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviours.
We used a mix of H/T/P Insight Immersions, our approach to in-home ethnographies and our True Stories storytelling interview techniques together with our mobile ethnography app happisodes in key global geographies to get a vivid and authentic understanding of needs and wants, beliefs and myths, and possible opportunity spaces.
The results were eye-opening and helped our client identify promising first-stage ideas, and gave provided guidance on how they could optimise existing concept propositions.
