Over the past few months, H/T/P has expanded it’s digital toolkit, validating for an increasing range of briefs – and with extremely positive outcomes.
The role of Face-to-Face in qual in particular is still important – for test designs involving new product testing and sensory reactions, for example.
As a reminder to all our clients: H/T/P’s studios in Germany (München, Berlin) and Switzerland (Zürich) are appropriately retro-fitted and have been open for business for many weeks now.
All current guidelines relating to the coronavirus situation have been fulfilled – notably social distancing and hygiene regulations. We can provide you with more details if needed.
Here are some impressions of what our adapted studio environments look like:

All projects have run extremely smoothly, from reruitment through moderation and stimulus sharing.
Our moderators are also able to travel within Germany for fieldwork purposes – and further afield according to official travel guidance for the countries in question.
Plus: we’re conducting face-to-face fieldwork in other countries using remote supervision.
In parallel to the F2F updates, H/T/P is continuing to build its digital toolkit – we’ll be announcing our latest online adaptation of eTrack®, our agile online pre-testing tool in the coming days. So watch this space ;)

Stay safe – and hope to see you again soon, whether that’s screen-to-screen or in person!
