January and February are months when many of us try to rid of ourselves of all sorts of toxins and bad habits – eat and drink less, exercise more, overall adopt a more healthy lifestyle.
But what about digital detox? Spending less time on Social Media, checking our smartphones, surfing the web….
We increasingly hear people talk about various aspects of digital discomfort in our work across the globe – we wanted to understand it better, so carried out our own H/T/P study amongst the most digitally advanced cohorts: Gen Z and Millenials.
